COFFEE
Coffee is a drink that made from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from coffea plant. Coffee is so familiar for us we can see it everyday everywhere. Coffee has unique smells and bitter taste and there are many kind of coffee in the world.
The most commonly coffee are arabica and robusta. Arabica has less caffeine but stronger than robusta. Robusta has more caffeine but not strong as arabica. It can be prepared and presented in variety ways such as espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, cafe au lait, caffe macchiato, dry cappuccino, frappe, irish coffee, tubruk coffee etc.
The nutrients contents that in coffee can made many benefit for our body. Increasing our stamina it because of caffeine content that make slowing the adenosin hormon of our brain. Preventing cancer antioxsida content in coffee helps our body to fight with cancer cells. Coffee helps our mouth healthy, coffee has anti bacterial that good for cleanse mouth. Decreasing percentase of getting Alzheimer, Demensia and Parkinson coffee can preventing and protecting degradation of nerve function and many more.
However coffee can be dangerous for us and has side effect. Coffee can make our heart rate rising, not good for our stomach organ, insomnia, restless, hypertension, even heart attack.
Therefore coffee can be good or bad for us its depends on us. Coffee can be good for and also be bad. So wisely to drink coffee.
